NBC Training
At NBC, we are committed to providing top quality training and continuing education opportunities.  We believe that getting back to the basics of testing and balancing begins with in-depth, hands on training provided by experienced professionals.  We have partnered with the nationally respected National Comfort Institute to bring state-of-the-art training opportunities to the NBC membership.

Your training begins with an intensive five day certification course.  This course is taught in the classroom, and in the air and hydronics lab where you’ll enhance your practical proficiency.  During these five days you will learn technical skills in both air and hydronic testing and balancing, as well as principles of quality testing, balancing, and system troubleshooting.

A comprehensive written and field exam follows the completion of each section of the training.  Upon successful completion of all coursework, and the exams, you will receive National Balancing Council certification as a Certified Balancing Supervisor.

Training opportunities will continue with regularly scheduled seminars, frequent online learning events, and re-certification courses.  You can depend on NBC to keep you up to date on the latest technology, tools, and techniques in the testing and balancing field.

NBC training classes are held at the NBC headquarters, Sheffield Lake, Ohio.
